Step 1: Melt butter and saute onions and pepper
Step 2: Cook until tender
Step 3: Add seasonings and cornstarch to milk and juice from salmon
Step 4: Pour into onions and cook until thickened
Step 5: In 9x13 casserole dish, spray Pam. Layer potatoes pour some sauce put salmon sauce and rest of potatoes. Sauce on top
Step 6: Cover and bake in 425 degree oven
Step 7: Uncover and put chips on top bake 15 more minutes until hot and bubbly and potatoes done
