Step 1: Grease and line an 18cm x 28cm rectangular slice pan with baking paper, extending the paper 3cm above pan edges.
Step 2: Sprinkle 2 tablespoons f the breadcrumbs over the base.
Step 3: Squeeze excess moisture from the spinach and place spinach in a big bowl and add the ham, cheese, flour and remaining breadcrumbs and season and mix well to combine.
Step 4: Whisk eggs, milk, mustard and butter in a jug until combined and then add to spinach mixture and stir to combine and then pour into prepared pan.
Step 5: Cook in a moderate oven (180C) for about 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
Step 6: Remove from oven and cool in the pan for 5 minutes and then serve a garden salad.
