  • 1 bunch cilantro (about 2 cups), washed and trimmed
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup cotija cheese
  • 20 mint leaves (fresh)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 jalapeno pepper (quartered and seeded)
  • FOR FILLING
  • 1 1/3 pound ground beef
  • 1 package (1 1/2 ounce) taco seasoning
  • 30 to 35 mini (130 to 156 grams) phyllo shells
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped

How to Make

  • Step 1: Prepare the sauce: Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend well until combined. Chill
