  • 1 grapefruit, whole
  • 2 avocado, chopped
  • 2 ounces snow peas (peeled, chopped in half)
  • 1 tablespoons parsley ,minced
  • 2 heads lettuce (bibb lettuce, torn in bite size pieces)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cracked pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil

  • Step 1: Section grapefruit, save juice
