  • 3 to 3 1/2 pounds sweet potatoes (5 large,peeled, cooked )
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  • Step 2: In 2 separate bowls

  • Step 3: Whip the potatoes using half the cream cheese in each

  • Step 4: Half the sour cream in each

  • Step 5: Half the milk in each

  • Step 6: Season each

  • Step 7: In white potatoes add parmesan cheese

  • Step 8: In sweet potatoes add cheddar

  • Step 9: Mix

  • Step 10: Now in heavily buttered 9x13 casserole

  • Step 11: Layer the potatoes 2 times starting with the white potatoes

  • Step 12: Cover and bake 30 minutes to get hot
