  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup (real)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup mashed potatoes (cooked)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°. Combine the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, beat together the butter, syrup, honey and potato. Stir in dry ingredients until the cookie dough is moist throughout.

  • Step 2: Drop tablespoons of dough onto greased baking sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until delicately browned. Wait 5 minutes, then remove cookies from baking sheets to cooling racks using a greased spatula.
