Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3 cups leftover chili
  • 1 (15 ounce) can nacho cheese sauce
  • 1 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1 package (1 ounce) taco seasoning
  • 1 pound jack cheese, grated
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups milk

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine chili and nacho cheese sauce, spread in large casserole dish. (I use a deep 9x9 corningware dish).

  • Step 2: Brown ground beef and drain. Stir in taco seasoning. Layer on top of chili, then layer cheese on top of meat.

  • Step 3: Whisk eggs, flour, salt and milk. Pour over entire dish. Bake, uncovered, for 55-60 minutes or until well set.

  • Step 4: Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
