Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine chili and nacho cheese sauce, spread in large casserole dish. (I use a deep 9x9 corningware dish).
Step 2: Brown ground beef and drain. Stir in taco seasoning. Layer on top of chili, then layer cheese on top of meat.
Step 3: Whisk eggs, flour, salt and milk. Pour over entire dish. Bake, uncovered, for 55-60 minutes or until well set.
Step 4: Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
