Step 1: Sauce: Heat oil and brown flour. Add chili powder to water and dissolve, then add to browned flour and mix well. Add seasonings and blend. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Simmer, covered, for 5 minutes.
Step 2: In skillet, saute onions in a bit of oil. Add tortilla pieces and saute until softened.
Step 3: Add green olives and mix. Then add chili sauce, stirring thoroughly. Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Step 4: Add cheese, stir and leave covered over low heat. Serve when cheese is melted.
