Step 1: Cook bacon until crisp, remove from skillet and reserve drippings. Crumble bacon and set aside.
Step 2: In skillet, add onione and green pepper to 3 tablespoons drippings. Cook until tender.
Step 3: Blend in flour, brown sugar, worcestershire and seasonings.
Step 4: Add tomatoes and cook, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
Step 5: Add beans and heat thoroughly. Place in serving bowl and top with crumbled bacon.
