Step 1: Flatten out beef to bun size.
Step 2: Season meat and grill it.
Step 3: Grill bun until warm.
Step 4: Fry onions in butter until browned. (About 3 minutes on medium heat.)
Step 5: Mix mayonnaise with horseradish. Slather on top of bun.
Step 6: Add onions.
Step 7: Add beef to bottom bun.
Step 8: And put on top bun.
