Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 760 grams chicken tenderloins (trimmed, 12 tenderloins specified)
  • 1 tablespoon Greek seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 500 grams naan bread (2 packets each 250 grams)
  • 2 tomatoes, cut into thin wedges
  • 1 red onion, halved (small onion, thinly sliced)
  • 60 grams spinach leaves (baby)
  • 2/3 cup tzatziki
  • Lemon wedges, to serve

How to Make

  • Step 1: Toss chicken with seasoning and heat oil in a large, non-stick frying pan over a medium to high heat and add chicken in two batches and cook for about 3 minutes each side, or until cooked through and remove from heat.

  • Step 2: Meanwhile, heat naan bread according to packet directions.

  • Step 3: Combine tomatoes, onion and spinach in a bowl.

  • Step 4: Spread tzatziki evenly along the middle of each naan and divide salad and chicken over the top and roll up to enclose and wrap in baking paper to secure.

  • Step 5: Serve gyros with lemon wedges.
