Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cups bread crumbs (seasoned, Pepperidge Farms Stuffing Mix)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 3 large eggs (beaten )
  • 1 jar (2 ounce) mushrooms, drained
  • 250 grams cooked turkey meat (2 cups, cubed)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees

  • Step 2: In a shallow cookie sheet

  • Step 3: Place bread crumbs and seasonings and melted butter

  • Step 4: Toss bake until crisp 10 minutes stirring often

  • Step 5: Reduce heat to 325

  • Step 6: Meanwhile, Whisk broth and flour in saucepan until thickened

  • Step 7: Temper the eggs. Pour into the saucepan whisking fast and furious (dont boil)

  • Step 8: In a 8x8x2 pan spread 1/2the bread crumbs on a greased pan

  • Step 9: Spread the Turkey over it add mushrooms

  • Step 10: Top with rest of bread crumbs. Pour over the sauce

  • Step 11: Cover bake for 25 minutes

  • Step 12: Uncover bake 5 more minutes until knife comes out clean in center
