  • 8 cups cornbread crumbs

  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon sage
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 2 eggs,medium
  • 5 cups turkey stock (hot)

  • Step 1: Heat oil and butter together

  • Step 2: Fry the onions and celery until tender but not browned

  • Step 3: Add rest of ingredients start with 4 cups of stock

  • Step 4: It needs to be moist pour into buttered 9x13 casserole

  • Step 5: Check for seasonings

  • Step 6: Put in 325 degree oven and bake for an hour until stock is absorbed
