Step 1: Preheat oven to 275 degrees.
Step 2: Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, stirring to coat the nuts evenly.
Step 3: Spread on baking sheet and place in middle rack of oven. Toss nuts every 15 minutes, cooking for a total of 45 minutes. Watch carefully at the end so they do not burn.
Step 4: Sprinkle with salt and pour into serving bowl.
