Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 5 ounces sliced bacon (5 slices)
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 yellow onion ,chopped
  • 3 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 3 dill pickles (chopped)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • FOR TOPPING
  • 1 avocado, chopped
  • 1 tomato, large, chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onions, chopped

How to Make

  • Step 1: Saute bacon remove save for topping

  • Step 2: Add beef and onion. Saute until translucent

  • Step 3: Add tomato paste. Brown don't burn

  • Step 4: Add stock. Stir. Add spices

  • Step 5: Add Worcestershire sauce

  • Step 6: Add mustard and pickles

  • Step 7: Cook for 45 minutes on simmer

  • Step 8: Last 5 minutes take off heat and add cream cheese melt and stir add cheese stir and cream stir make sure it's hot may need to put on heat 5 more minutes don't boil

  • Step 9: Serve into bowls. Add toppings
