Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup sliced yellow onion
  • 1 cup celery, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 325 grams cooked turkey meat (cubed, 2 1/2 cups)
  • 2 cans (20 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup (2 x 10 ounce cans)
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 3 green onions, minced
  • 1 package (16 ounce) dry chow mein noodles

How to Make

  • Step 1: Saute onions and celery,cooked until translucent

  • Step 2: Add curry powder

  • Step 3: Add milk and soup

  • Step 4: Add Turkey

  • Step 5: Pour into casserole bake 350 for 20 minutes

  • Step 6: Last 10 minutes top with noodles

  • Step 7: Garnish with green onions
