Step 1: In skillet heat butter add flour and seasonings
Step 2: Toast lightly
Step 3: Add cream, then thicken
Step 4: In casserole, add rice to bottom of a 3 quart casserole
Step 5: Add broth
Step 6: Sprinkle half cheese over top of rice
Step 7: Put on asparagus and Turkey
Step 8: Pour over sauce
Step 9: Top with cheese
Step 10: Bake at 375 for 30 minutes
Step 11: Top with almonds last 5 minutes
