Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 120 grams Bisquick Baking Mix (1 cup)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 large eggs
  • 250 grams cooked turkey meat (cubed, 2 cups)
  • 1 tablespoon chives, minced
  • 8 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 can (16 ounce) cranberry sauce (cut in 9 slices)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oven to 350 degrees

  • Step 2: Grease 8 inch square baking dish

  • Step 3: Beat bisquick,milk ,mayo and pepper and eggs

  • Step 4: Until foamy

  • Step 5: Put Turkey and chives in dish

  • Step 6: Pour bisquick mixture over top

  • Step 7: Put cheese on the top

  • Step 8: Bake 40 minutes when egg mixture is set and cheese melted

  • Step 9: Cut into 9 squares and top with cranberry sauce
