Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 250 grams cooked turkey meat (cubed)
  • 2 tablespoons onions, minced
  • 6 slices (6 ounces) bacon (cooked lightly ,save bacon grease)
  • 1 can (10 ounce) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sherry
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place rice in 8 inch square pan

  • Step 2: Cover with Turkey

  • Step 3: In skillet saute onion in 2 tablespoons of grease until translucent

  • Step 4: Add soup wash can out with milk

  • Step 5: Add sherry lemon juice and parsley

  • Step 6: Heat and pour over Turkey

  • Step 7: Sprinkle on cheese and top with bacon

  • Step 8: Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes until warm and bacon crisp
