Step 2: Stack the cheese by cutting cheese into 4 equal pieces and stack
Step 3: In the center of bottom patty
Step 4: Put the piled stack cheese in center of 1 patty
Step 5: Put on top 2nd patty
Step 6: Pinch the edges together
Step 7: Season
Step 8: Cook domed side down 8 minutes each side on low may have to put squirt of water and cover,and for heavens sake dont smash it
Step 9: Put on bun ,with onion and pickles
