Step 1: Place the mango, coconut milk, yoghurt, white spirits (if using), cardamom and lemon juice in a blander with a few tablespoons of water and blitz until smooth.
Step 2: Pour the lassi mixture into 6 popsicle moulds and slide in the sticks.
Step 3: Sprinkle the pomegranate seeds over the top and push them into the mixture.
Step 4: Freeze for 6 hours or until set and serve sprinkled with coconut.
