The ingredients are:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package spaghetti, broken up in 1 to 2-inch pieces (I actually use just shy of 8 ounce)

  • 1/4 cup onion, diced very fine
  • 1/4 cup celery, diced very fine
  • 1/4 pound white (button) mushrooms, thin sliced
  • 1/4 cup green olives (without pimentos), rough chopped
  • 1 tablespoon pimentos, diced fine
  • 1 (11 ounce) can Campbells cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • Topping:
  • 1 cup fresh bread crumbs, fine chopped
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 3/4 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Spaghetti ... Cook the pasta according to pasta directions. Remove a few minutes before the time suggested as it will continue to cook in the oven. Drain and set to the side.

  • Step 2: Casserole ... As the spaghetti cooks, prepare all your other ingredients. Add the ham, onion, celery, mushrooms, pimentos, olives, soup, sour cream, worcestershire, mustard, parsley, salt and pepper to a large bowl and mix well. Then add in the pasta and mix to combine all the ingredients. Transfer to a 9" pie plate, square dish, or similar size baking dish sprayed with a non-stick spray. After you add the filling, make sure to press down firmly to compact the dish before backing.

  • Step 3: Topping ... In a small bowl add the bread crumbs (fresh bread is key for this), the melted butter and the cheese and mix well. Top over the casserole.

  • Step 4: Bake ... The oven should set be at 350 degrees; bake on the middle shelf for 30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.

  • Step 5: Serve ... Once the casserole is done - remove and cover with foil to let rest a few minutes before slicing. Slice or spoon and ENJOY!
