Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 tablespoon mustard (stone ground)
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 bag (5 ounce) mixed greens (salad greens)
  • 2 pear (Bartlett pears, thinly sliced)
  • 8 ounces roasted turkey breast (thickly sliced, torn or shredded into large bite-size pieces)
  • 4 ounces Gouda cheese (diced, aged)
  • 2/3 cup walnuts (toasted, coarsely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a large bowl, whisk together the mustard, vinegar and oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add the greens, pears, turkey and Gouda to the bowl and toss with the vinaigrette to lightly coat. Divide the salad among 6 plates, and top with the walnuts and dried cranberries.
