Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/4 cup oats (rolled)
  • 1/4 cup almonds, chopped (raw)
  • 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Salt, pinch of
  • 3 tablespoons honey, divided
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil ( plus 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil, divided)
  • 2 pears (Bartlett or Anjou pears, firm but ripe, halved and cored)
  • 2/3 cup yogurt

How to Make

  • Step 1: Position a rack in the middle of the oven; preheat to 375°F.

  • Step 2: In a medium bowl, combine the oats, almonds, flour, cinnamon and salt. Drizzle in 2 tablespoon honey and 2 tablespoons olive oil. Stir until mixture lookes wet and clumpy.

  • Step 3: Place each pear, cut side up, in an 8x8x2-inch baking dish. Coat pears with remaining 1 teaspoon olive oil. Top each pear with some of the crumble mixture.

  • Step 4: Bake until the pears are tender when pierced with a fork and the topping is brown and crisp, 30 to 35 minutes.

  • Step 5: In a small bowl, stir the remaining 1 tablespoon honey into the yogurt. Spoon the yogurt into 4 shallow bowls, and place the warm pears on tops.
