Step 1: Position a rack in the middle of the oven; preheat to 375°F.
Step 2: In a medium bowl, combine the oats, almonds, flour, cinnamon and salt. Drizzle in 2 tablespoon honey and 2 tablespoons olive oil. Stir until mixture lookes wet and clumpy.
Step 3: Place each pear, cut side up, in an 8x8x2-inch baking dish. Coat pears with remaining 1 teaspoon olive oil. Top each pear with some of the crumble mixture.
Step 4: Bake until the pears are tender when pierced with a fork and the topping is brown and crisp, 30 to 35 minutes.
Step 5: In a small bowl, stir the remaining 1 tablespoon honey into the yogurt. Spoon the yogurt into 4 shallow bowls, and place the warm pears on tops.
