  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
  • 12 black olives, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, chopped, large
  • 4 tablespoons parsley, minced
  • 1 cup croutons

  • Step 2: Put the garlic,oil,canned tomato,onion, paprika and vinegar

  • Step 3: Blend until mixed

  • Step 6: Stir serve with croutons
