Step 1: Place dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water (make sure the bowl does not touch the water) and stir with a metal spoon for 3 to 4 minutes or until chocolate just melts and then set aside for 5 minutes to cool slightly.
Step 2: Use an electric mixer to whisk the cream in a large bowl until soft peaks form and then add the nutella and whisk until mixture is just combined and then add the melted chocolate and using a large metal spoon to gently marble.
Step 3: Spoon the mousse evenly among serving glasses and sprinkle with the Flake bar and serve immediately.
