  • 1 pound fresh asparagus (trimmed)

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lemon, whole (thinly sliced)

  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Step 3: Place in the oven and roast for 8-10 minutes or until the asparagus is crisp on the outside and tender in the center.
