  • 5 to 10 grams goat cheese (firm and in a ball)
  • 1 pickle, cornichon (thinly sliced)
  • Honey, as required
  • Parsley, chopped

How to Make

  • Step 1: Flash grill or pan-fry chorizo on one side only.

  • Step 2: In a pan, add honey and heat till hot (or microwave in a ramekin) but if using pan transfer honey to a ramekin.

  • Step 3: Drizzle warm honer chorizo and top with ball of goat's cheese and piece of sliced cornichon and add a sprinkle of parsley and serve.
