Step 1: Mix all ingredients well and store in airtight container. Serving size is 1/2 teaspoon.
Step 2: *Whir dried onion flakes in spice grinder just till broken down, but not a powder. If you don't have a spice grinder, crushing them in a mortar and pestle or something similar would work as well.
Step 3: **Zest 2 or 3 lemon rinds and place on microwave-safe plate, with zest separated as much as possible. Nuke until zest is COMPLETELY dried out but not burned. Let cool completely before adding appropriate amount to rest of ingredients. Store remaining zest in zip closure bag.
