Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3 cups shredded cabbage (green cabbage, 240 grams)
  • 1 1/2 cups cabbage (red cabbage, shredded,120 grams)
  • 1 cup carrots, coarsely grated, (240 grams)
  • 1 apple ( Granny Smith apple, cored and thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped (toasted, 60 grams)
  • 2/3 cup coleslaw dressing (160ml)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place combined cabbage, carrot, apple and pecans in a large bowl and add coleslaw dressing and toss to combine.

  • Step 2: TIP - to toast pecans, spread over a baking tray and bake at 180C for 7 minutes or until lightly toasted.
