Step 1: Preheat oven to 400f degrees. In a large bowl mix together thoroughly all meatball ingredients. Roll into 8 medium balls; place meatballs on a rack in a small cooking oil sprayed roast pan. Roast for 45 minutes, turning once.
Step 2: While the meatballs are roasting: Pour the pasta sauce and salsa into a large frypan, simmer on medium heat for about 10 minutes.
Step 3: Place the roasted meatballs into the pasta sauce, simmer for about 10 minutes.
Step 4: Boil the pasta in salted water for approximately 7 minutes or until al dente. Drain the pasta and place in large serving bowl; Pour the sauce/meatball mixture over the pasta; sprinkle 1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar over the top.
