Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 tablespoons shortening
  • 8 large eggs (cooked ,basted easy)
  • 2 packages (1 ounces) dry hollandaise sauce mix
  • 1 tablespoons chives, minced
  • FOR WAFFLES
  • 2 ounces sliced bacon (2 slices,cooked crumbled ,save grease)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 256 grams Bisquick Baking Mix (2 1/3 cups)
  • 1/4 cup oil

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat waffle iron spray pam and brush both sides with shortening heavily

  • Step 2: Made hollandaise sauce

  • Step 3: Fry eggs, I have a basted egg recipe already here

  • Step 4: Beat the 2 eggs with mixer until lemon colored 2 minutes

  • Step 5: Add milk oil and the bacon grease

  • Step 6: Beat add bisquick

  • Step 7: Add bacon

  • Step 8: Beat

  • Step 9: Pour 1/2 cup batter

  • Step 10: Repeat

  • Step 11: Put egg on top waffle and spoon on hollandaise sauce top with some chives
