The ingredients are:
  • 1 yellow onion (diced,medium)
  • 2 cloves garlic, smashed
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry oregano
  • 2 teaspoon Greek seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 158 grams dry rice (dry 1 cup)
  • 2 1/2 cups chicken stock
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon minced parsley

How to Make

  • Step 1: In saucepan heat oil

  • Step 2: Add onion. Add garlic. Add rice

  • Step 3: Cook until light brown

  • Step 4: Add spices

  • Step 5: Add stock and lemon juice. Bring to a boil

  • Step 6: Simmer cover cook on low for 25 minutes until liquid absorbed

  • Step 7: Fold in parsley
