Step 1: Preheat oven to 180C (fan forced).
Step 2: Arrange bread slices on a large baking tray and spray tops with cooking spray and bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown and then transfer to wire racks to cool.
Step 3: Meanwhile, mix the cream cheese, blue cheese, sour cream and garlic in a small bowl.
Step 4: Spread cheese mixture over bread slices and top with pear slices and a drizzle of balsamic glaze and top with thyme leaves and serve immediately.
