Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 pounds potatoes, sliced
  • 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/8 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
  • GARNISH
  • 4 large eggs (hardboiled ,chopped)
  • 1/8 cup sliced green olives (pimento stuffed)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Boil potatoes. Drain

  • Step 2: Pour vinegar over them and let set 30 minutes drain

  • Step 3: Add the mayonnaise and spices to a bowl

  • Step 4: Add parsley and onion

  • Step 5: Add potatoes. Toss

  • Step 6: Chill.

  • Step 7: Serve in center of bowl with eggs around and olives around
