Step 1: Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat and add oats and stir for 5 minutes until lightly toasted.
Step 2: Whisk miso and ginger with 3 cups boiling water and stir into oats and reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes until tender and thickened.
Step 3: Meanwhile, add eggs to a saucepan of warm water and bring to the boil and cook for 6 minutes and then drain.
Step 4: Divide oat mixture between serving bowls and add vegetables, halved boiled eggs and sesame seeds
