  • 2 large red onions, roughly chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 4 red chillies, fresh small chopped
  • 4cm piece ginger, peeled and chopped
  • 2 stems lemongrass, white part only, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried chilli flakes
