Step 1: In a large skillet or dutch oven, heat oil and butter.
Step 2: Add onion, celery, pepper and mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 3: Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, tomato sauce, wine, herbs, garlic and sugar.
Step 4: Bring to a boil; reduce heat and cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Step 5: Add turkey, cover and simmer until heated.
Step 6: Serve over pasta of your choice and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
