  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Marsala wine
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat a skillet , medium heat, add butter and oil

  • Step 2: Pour in the mushrooms and cook until they are golden

  • Step 3: Add the Marsala wine, sprinkle in the chili flakes continue cooking until the Marsala has evapoated. Watch the mushrooms as they can burn, stir them for this final cooking
