  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup English toffee bits

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a mixing bowl, cream shortening, sugars and xanthan gum.

  • Step 2: Beat in egg, water and vanilla
