Step 1: Preheat oven to 160C.
Step 2: Grease and ine a 7 cup loaf pan with baking paper.
Step 3: Combine banana, oil, sugar, eggs ad vanilla in a large bowl and whisk until well combined.
Step 4: Sift flour, baking powder and cinnamon together and add to banana mixture and stir with a wooden spoon until just combined.
Step 5: Stir in dates with 1/3 cup each of pumpkin and sunflower seeds
Step 6: Transfer batter to pan and smooth top and sprinkle with remaining seeds and bake for 55 minutes or until cooked when tested with a skewer.
Step 7: Stand for 5 minutes, before transferring to a wire rack to cool.
