Step 1: Place dates in a food processor and pulse to make a rough paste and then add coconut oil and nut butter and process until smooth.
Step 2: Scoop date mixture into bowl and add popcorn and fruit and nut mix and mix with a wood spoon until mixture binds.
Step 3: Line a large tray with baking paper.
Step 4: Roll 2 tablespoons of mixture into balls and place on tray and freeze for 30 minutes or until firm.
Step 5: Transfer balls to a large snap-lock bag and store in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
