Step 1: Heat a sml saucepan over low heat & add about 1 tbsp of butter. Add the onion & garlic. Cook (stirring often) for approx 10 min. Add the vinegar & season w/salt & pepper. Then continue cooking for another 10-15 min until the onion is golden brown.
Step 2: Allow to cool to room temp. Stir through the remaining butter & add the parsley. Hold at room temp if ready to use or mold into a log using cling wrap & refrigerate or freeze until ready to use.
