Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3 avocado
  • 1/2 red onion (finely diced)
  • 2 tomatoes (Roma, diced)
  • 3 tablespoons chopped coriander
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 lime, whole (juice)
  • 1 jalapeno pepper (seeds removed and finely diced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Slice three ripe avocados in half and remove the pit and scoop out the flesh into a mixing bowl and using a fork, gently mash them to your desired level of chunky or smooth.

  • Step 2: Combine the onions, tomatoes, coriander, jalapeno, cracked pepper, garlic, lime juice and salt and stir everything together but not too vigorously depending on your preference of chunky of smooth.

  • Step 3: Serve with you favourite corn chip, cracker and even try on a piece of tasted French bread stick.
