Step 1: Slice three ripe avocados in half and remove the pit and scoop out the flesh into a mixing bowl and using a fork, gently mash them to your desired level of chunky or smooth.
Step 2: Combine the onions, tomatoes, coriander, jalapeno, cracked pepper, garlic, lime juice and salt and stir everything together but not too vigorously depending on your preference of chunky of smooth.
Step 3: Serve with you favourite corn chip, cracker and even try on a piece of tasted French bread stick.
