Step 1: Heat a wok over high heat and add the oil, ginger and garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute or until aromatic.
Step 2: Add the pak choy and asparagus and stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes or until asparagus is bright green and tender crisp.
Step 3: Add the oyster sauce and stir-fry for 1 minute or until vegetables are coated in sauce.
Step 4: Transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds to serve.
