Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pint fresh oysters
  • 1/3 cup sweet red pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup sweet green peppers,finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup sweet onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup panko crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice

How to Make

  • Step 1: Pre-heat your oven to 375 degrees

  • Step 2: Mix together the peppers, onion, garlic, hotsauce and black pepper,

  • Step 3: Place the oysters in a lightly oil sprayed oven proof pan. I use a large muffin tin placing one oyster in each compartment

  • Step 4: Distribute the chopped pepper mixture evenly over the oysters

  • Step 5: Mix the crumbs and cheese together and sprinkle the crumbs over the pepper onion covered oysters

  • Step 6: Bake in 375 oven for approximately 20 minutes or until golden

  • Step 7: Squeeze on lemon juice and serve
