Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups Cornflake crumbs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (finely grated)
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 kilogram chicken wings (nibbles were stated - the mini leg part of the wing)
  • Plain flour
  • TO SERVE
  • Sweet chilli sauce
  • Sour cream

How to Make

  • Step 1: Whisk 3 eggs in a shallow dish and then combine cornflake crumbs, parmesan and garlic powder in a separate shallow dish and plain flour in a third dish.

  • Step 2: Dust chicken nibbles in plain flour, shaking away excess and then dip into egg and then coat in crumb mixture and place on two large oven trays lines with baking paper.

  • Step 3: Cook in a hot oven (200D0 for about 35 minutes, or until chicken is cooked and serve with the combined sweet chill sauce and sour cream.
