  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, grated

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheated oven to 375 degree

  • Step 2: In saucepan heat butter

  • Step 3: Add flour and seasoning gradually, stirring constantly

  • Step 4: Add milk and egg yolk, stirring constantly

  • Step 5: And take off heat add cheese, stirring constantly

  • Step 6: Add baking powder

  • Step 7: Fold in whites after tempering them

  • Step 8: Heavily butter an 8x8 cake pan

  • Step 9: Pour egg mixture into it

  • Step 10: Put into preheated oven

  • Step 11: Bake 30 minutes until golden and knife comes out clean

  • Step 12: Serve immediately
