Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated (divided)
  • 1 box (10 ounce) frozen chopped spinach, thawed (hand-squeeze out all excess moisture)
  • 1 can (14 ounce) artichoke hearts, well drained then chopped
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise (do not use salad dressing)
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce (or to taste)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  • Step 2: Grease a 9-inch pie plate.

  • Step 3: In a bowl combine first six ingredients using 1/2 cup parmesan. Add in hot sauce to taste starting with one teaspoon.

  • Step 4: Spoon onto pie plate, then sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese.

  • Step 5: Bake for 25-30 minutes or until hot an bubbly.

  • Step 6: Serving with crackers or bread sticks.
