  • 1/3 cup olive oil (extra virgin)
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon horseradish cream
  • 2 cucumbers (Lebanese cucumbers, halved lengthways)
  • Watermelon (1/4 small, cut into fingers)
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced (small onion)
  • 1 cup sliced green olives
  • 100 grams crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoon lemon thyme leaves

How to Make

  • Step 1: Whisk oil, balsamic vinegar and horseradish cream in a jug with sea salt and pepper.
